Ok, I got my forum. Where are my admin details?

When you successfully sign up for your forum you will receive an e-mail almost instantly with your username and auto-generated password. It is very important for you to keep this e-mail safe, should you need any urgent assistance from our Support Staff.

I just signed up on a forum but I never got the activation email.

It could be a case that the email may have gone straight to your spam filter. This is a common issue particularly with private mail servers or free services such as Hotmail, MSN and others.

How do I know when I have a Private Message?

When you receive a PM, a notice will appear in the bottom right just above the Login/Logout button and also on the top right under your Local time. You can also use the quick Navigation dropdown to view your Private Messages.

I want to make someone a Moderator. How?

Go to your Admin Panel and under Forums on the left menu, select Edit/Delete. Choose the board you want to assign a Moderator to and click Edit. Scroll to the bottom where it says Moderators and input their ID (Not Username or Display name. Their ID - I.E - 1 for more mods input multiple ID's separated by a comma. Example: 1,2,3,4 Do not leave a comma at the end as this will enable guests as Moderators.

How do I hide a board?

Go to Admin, select Edit/Delete Forum. Select the board you want hidden and in the fields for View etc, add the names for those you do not want to have access seperated by commas. Example: guest,registered.

How do I upload my logo?

Go to your administration panel. You will see an option to upload your logo or to use text instead of an image. To upload your logo, just click Browse. You can then locate the image on your computer. Double-click the file. The location path will appear in the URL field. Just click Update and you are done.

Can I have the ads removed?

Yes. At the bottom of your forum is a button that you can use if you wish to purchase adfree for your forum. Adfree service is charged at $5.99/mo and is paid through PayPal. You have the option of purchasing more that one month of adfree. Once we receive confirmation of payment from your forum, the ads will be removed for a minimum period of 1 whole month.

What Languages Do You Allow?

We allow all languages to be used on our forums. However, you must completely comply with our Terms Of Service. We have translators who are prepared to monitor sites and report any TOS Violations, which will result in immediate termination of your account.

My forum is gone. Why?

This could be one of many reasons. Make sure that you have not violated any of our Terms Of Service. It could also be possible that your forum was cracked by some low-life. If this is the case, please go to Support and request assistance there.

How do I delete my site?

If you are an admin and would like your forum deleted, you will need to ask at our Support Forums. The reason we have not allowed this feature in your admin panel is for security and to protect your forums from anyone who has cracked your forum's password.
